  1. Wow! Since listening to this podcast, I’m now dragging myself back up onto the sidewalk. This after being run over like my buddy Lane Frost, by a rodeo poetry bus named Bull-Malarkey.

I was fresh off the farm and looking for the bright lights. When that very bus that let me out at Broadway, simply reversed and backed right on over me. Just as I stepped off, an ‘ole boy named Cowboy Kenny stood up in the isle. He said, “Rodeo’s been living the life of denial!” Thanks Kenny. Then from across the street at Tootsie’s, the sweet, but wet dog-like licking sound from the Johnny Dwingo and Brentcoollingo Band came CLIMBing up into my deaf, rhinestone-wearing ear. That’s when it hit me!

What an inspirational podcast guys! I now see the light! If these legs still work, I’m going down front. Then CLIMBing back up in the songwriting chutes the right way. -Thanks for sharing your positively, cowboy up journeys!
